Thank you for visiting and shopping at xtrfy.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days as standard. Note: Due to the Covid-19 situation, processing might be delayed a few days as the number of staff at our warehouse is limited. Orders are not  delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges vary depending on product type, location and shipping method. The shipping charge for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
Sweden: DHL Express 2-3 days.
Europe: DHL Express 2-3 days.
CIS: DHL Express 2-5 days.
Globally: DHL Express (if available) 3-10 days.
Shipping to Russia is currently on hold.

Please note that the estimated delivery times do not include shipment processing. (Order preparation, customs, additional transit time within your country etc.)
All products are shipped with DHL Express except for switches that are being shipped with Postnord Economy.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Xtrfy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

LIMITATIONS

Limited edition products may only be ordered in limited quantities. Xtrfy reserves the right to deny any order and refund the full payment to the customer.

DAMAGES

Xtrfy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
