RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY FOR THE XTRFY ONLINE STORE

1. RETURN AN UNWANTED PRODUCT

An unwanted product can be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund (this does not apply to custom-designed products, see section 2.3 below). In case you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size etc, you may do so within 28 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return for refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To be able to process your return, we require a receipt, your order number or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: Any item returned not in its original condition, not in the original packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

 

1.1 HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN

 

To return your product, you must first send an email to onlinestore@xtrfy.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. Our staff will write back to you within 3 working days with instructions on how to correctly identify your parcel and where to return it. If you don’t clearly identify your return then we won’t know who sent it and we won’t be able to process it for you.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please see our Shipping policy for more details.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Returns are in the hands of your postal service and we have no way of guaranteeing that we will receive your returned item. If we don’t receive your item back we can’t arrange an exchange or refund.

 

2. REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

 

2.2 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank if needed. It may take several days before your refund is officially posted and you see it on your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at onlinestore@xtrfy.com and we’ll investigate for you.

 

2.3 CUSTOM-DESIGNED PRODUCTS

 

Products that are personalized or altered in any way are non-refundable. This includes customized mice and keyboards designed using our Custom Keyboard Builder.

 

2.4 SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

 

3. RMA – RETURNING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Within the period of the Manufacturer Warranty for the specific product, it may be returned to Xtrfy for testing, repairing, or exchanging the product – depending on the issue. If the product is purchased from a reseller, you should contact the reseller in regards to your warranty claim.

If you purchased it from Xtrfy online (xtrfy.com), a valid proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim: a dated sales receipt or an order number from xtrfy.com.

Please make sure that the product is in an acceptable condition. Products with a large presence of dirt, dust, liquids or biological substances can be denied or subject to a cleaning fee. If a product is denied a fee will be taken out to have the product returned to you.
